Handling All Immigration Matters

A full service immigration law firm, our attorneys counsel and represent corporations and individuals on immigration matters from the most complex and complicated to the routine.

Family Immigration

Our family immigration clients have traveled from across the globe, from the Philippines, India, Mexico, Pakistan, Vietnam, Russia, China, Thailand, Ukraine, Nigeria, Brazil, Guatemala, and many other countries to reunite with their family members in the United States. Whether they married U.S. citizens and entered on a K-3 spousal visa or an immigrant visa, whether engaged to a U.S. citizen, entered on a K-1 fiancé visa and later filed for adjustment of status, whether a spouse or child of a person granted asylum status, all obtained permanent residency in the United States. The majority of our green card clients based on marriage will return to us later for help in filing their I-751 Petition to remove the conditional status on their permanent residency.

Citizenship and Naturalization

We help our naturalization clients file for and obtain U.S. citizenship. Many of our clients come to us for help in filing their naturalization applications because of prior criminal convictions that complicate their cases. Others contract us to make sure that their applications are in the best of order and are processed as flawlessly and quickly as possible.

Deportation and Asylum

The majority of our deportation and asylum clients come from the San Francisco Immigration Court area of jurisdiction which services San Francisco and the its greater metropolitan area, San Jose and its surrounding cities, Sacramento and its vicinity, cities as far away as Fresno, Merced, Modesto, Stockton, Salinas, Santa Rosa and all areas in between. We have also taken difficult cases in other jurisdictions, including Seattle, San Diego, Los Angeles, and Arizona jurisdictions of Eloy and Florence.

Business Immigration

The majority of our business immigration clients come from small and medium size companies from the Bay Area. Many of them are the startup companies founded by graduates from our esteemed local universities of Stanford, Berkeley, University of San Francisco, San Jose State, and many others, and established themselves in the nearby cities of San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, as well as the smaller cities of Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Cupertino, Redwood City, Saratoga, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale, known for their relatively large representation of startups. The medium size companies we represent come from all over the Bay Area, including Fremont, Campbell, Foster City, San Ramon, Walnut Creek, Hayward, Concord and Vallejo, in addition to those well established in San Jose and San Francisco.

We help our business immigration clients apply for and obtain various types of non-immigrant visas, such as H-1B, L-1, TN, R-1, O-1 and J-1.  We also routinely help employers and employees apply for and obtain labor certifications through the PERM process, as well as obtain permanent residency, or a green card, through employment.
